What we want to hear about

Country data accuracy

If our tax rate, cost-of-living index, or typical benefits value for your country doesn't match what you're seeing in practice, please tell us. Include the country, the data point, and (if you have it) the source for the figure you believe is correct. Tax codes and benefits structures change yearly; reader reports are our most valuable signal for updates.

Missing countries

We currently cover the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, India, Philippines, South Africa, and Kenya. If your country isn't covered, telling us increases priority. We are particularly interested in adding Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, South Korea, Japan, Israel, and Turkey.

Compensation comparison case studies

Did you use GlobalComp to compare offers and pick a country? We'd love to hear how the decision worked out. Anonymous case studies (with your permission) help other readers see realistic outcomes.

Industry-specific feedback

Our compensation data is general; if you work in a specialized industry (oil and gas, hedge funds, biotech, etc.) where typical compensation structures differ significantly from general benchmarks, telling us helps us refine industry-specific guidance.

What we cannot help with

GlobalComp is an independent compensation comparison tool. We are not licensed tax professionals, immigration attorneys, or financial advisors. We cannot:

For specific tax advice, consult a tax professional with cross-border expertise (CPA with international practice, chartered accountant with expat clients, etc.). For visa and immigration questions, consult a licensed immigration attorney. For employment contract review, consult an employment attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.
